When will my order ship?
Orders will ship within 2-3 business days. Goods ship from California.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shopify Pay, PayPal, Diners Club, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express all major credit cards.
How do I find my order status?
To check the status of an existing order, log into your account by finding the 'Log In' link at the bottom of our website. Once logged in, you'll be directed to your order history page where all of your past and current orders will be visible. Click on the order number for more information on its current status. If the order has been assigned a tracking number, that will also be included on this page.

If you're tracking number has been pending or in pre-shipment phase for 2 business days, please contact us directly with your order number in the subject line to info@o-lyfe.com for further support.

How can I make changes to my order?
When a order is placed we have a small time frame to change the shipping address on the order usually less than 1 hour. Please email info@o-lyfe.com and we will do our best to assist you.

How do I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, and you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to info@o-lyfe.com with the word "cancel" as well as your order number in the subject line. We will respond to cancellation requests during the business hours of M-F. We are not able to cancel or change any part of an order once it has shipped from our warehouse.
Please double check all information before confirming your order. Once an order is placed, there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel or edit the order information, even if the status still states "Unfulfilled" or "Pending Fulfillment".

What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products if you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price, provided that returned items are in their original condition. We provide a credit for shipping charges only for orders that shipped incorrectly or were damaged during delivery. Shipping costs for all other returns are not refundable.

How can I make a return?
To return an item, please email to info@o-lyfe.com (within 7 days of your purchase) you will be provided with all the necessary information for your return.

What is your warranty policy?
O-LYFE products are backed by a 1 year warranty policy. This warranty covers any O-LYFE product that breaks or does not function as described due to manufacturer defect. These products will be replaced or repaired by O-LYFE at no charge.  

What is Not Covered Under Warranty ?

Damages to O-LYFE products that might have resulted from normal wear and tear, removal or misuse or abuse, or modification are not covered under O-LYFE's warranty. O-LYFE will not be liable for any damages that may result from the use of any O-LYFE product. The warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of property such as the devices and/or other personal property.

Products that were not purchased from an authorized O-LYFE reseller are not covered under the warranty.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim ?

If your O-LYFE product is defective and a valid warranty claim has been submitted, we will repair or replace it for you. In some cases, you may be required to return the defective product for inspection and to confirm whether the warranty is valid . We cannot guarantee that the exact style, color, or product for the claim will be in stock at the time that your warranty claim is processed but we wouldn't want you to be left empty-handed! In this case, we will offer a different color of the same product which is available at the time for you. Please contact us at info@o-lyfe.com to submit a claim.

Proof of purchase and either a picture or video of the product defect are required to submit a valid warranty claim. All warranty claims for items that were not purchased directly from www.O-LYFE.com must include proof of purchase from authorized dealer. Any item purchased from an un-authorized reseller will not be valid for returns or warranty claims.
